As this was their first time designing a Timing and Scoring system for a commercial swimming pool, they relied on InterQuad's expertise to ensure the school's requirements were met.
InterQuad provided marked-up redline drawings that highlighted cable runs, Carlon box locations, wall plate positions, and scoreboard placements. These plans were essential for the pool builder to correctly position conduits before concrete was poured.
During the project, a video board was added to the design. InterQuad worked with the manufacturer and architects to determine the best size and prepared updated redline drawings. InterQuad then coordinated with the pool builder to adjust the construction plans accordingly, enabling the installer to assemble it on-site.
A specialised installer from the manufacturer (Colorado) was present on site for the installation and handover process. noise from the ongoing construction impacted the usability of the recorded demonstration video.
However, InterQuad's technicians and the Colorado installer ensured a thorough explanation of the system's operation.
Since project completion, InterQuad has revisited the site to provide additional training for the new pool manager.
Throughout the project, InterQuad worked collaboratively with architects, pool builders, and main contractors to address challenges as they arose.
